Comprises primarily a partial-discharge-free variable-frequency power control system, a partial-discharge-free variable-frequency power supply, an excitation transformer, a series reactor, a partial-discharge-free coupling capacitor and voltage divider, and a partial discharge tester.

Suitable for partial discharge, induced withstand voltage, and AC withstand voltage tests on transformers rated at 220 kV and below (with transformer capacities under 150 MVA).
Suitable for partial-discharge-free and AC withstand voltage testing of high-voltage electrical equipment, such as GIS, rated at 220 kV and below.
The system employs a variable-frequency power supply to adjust the test circuit frequency, balancing the inductive and capacitive currents and thereby reducing the required power supply capacity. Compared to medium-frequency generator sets, it offers advantages such as compact size, low noise, ease of operation, convenient transport, and minimal partial discharge interference.
Complies with GB 1094.3-2003 and IEC 60076-3:2000 standards.
