Comprehensive Testing System for Insulated Tools and Equipment

System Overview

The comprehensive testing system for insulated tools and equipment comprises subsystems for electrical performance testing, mechanical testing, and information management. The system is designed to meet the preventive testing requirements for auxiliary safety tools (such as insulating rods, auxiliary insulating boots and gloves, capacitive voltage detectors, insulating ropes, protective covers, safety belts, hard hats, climbing spurs, climbing boards, and rigid/flexible ladders) and live-working tools (such as insulated bucket trucks, insulating gloves, insulating boots, and insulating operating rods) rated for 220kV and below. In addition to the testing equipment for these items, the system includes relevant accessories and an information management system. Test data from all equipment is aggregated onto the information management system server, which handles data exchange with the materials testing and control platform; the platform can access the server to retrieve various types of data. Furthermore, the system integrates with the materials testing and control platform to establish digital twins for the safety tools and equipment.
