Recently, the 110kV intelligent safety equipment testing laboratory tailored by HV HIPOT Electric co. LTD  for a power company in Guangxi was successfully delivered. The complete set of independently developed equipment was installed, debugged and passed the acceptance inspection. All performance indicators exceeded the national grid standard Q/GDW 12154—2021, and was officially put into operation, effectively building a digital safety barrier for the on-site operations of the local power grid.

This laboratory has established a three-dimensional comprehensive detection system integrating “electrical testing + mechanical performance + parameter measurement”. It can complete the preventive and acceptance tests for all commonly used safety tools of 110kV and below in one step, effectively addressing the industry pain points such as the scattered nature of traditional detection processes, low efficiency, large human errors, and untraceable data.
